Our Torchmate 4400 seems to have a problem with the torch diving into the material. We set up the plasma cutter with a job and tried to do a dry run to check the program, but the torch continues to dive into the material no matter what we change in the parameters. It almost seems like the torch is not sensing the material. Unsure what is wrong, any suggestions?
