When there are Updates and Technical Bulletins why aren't we informed about them right away. I can understand about the SP1 as that was a work in progress. We currently have a problem with a Z Datum and I contacted Tech Support about it. They sent me a Technical Bulletin from last July on how to check and fix the problem. Wouldn't it be easier to have this information on your website or have a section on the Forums. It would make things easier for a lot of people to be more proactive. I understand not everyone will have the same problems or have any problems at all but it would be nice to have access to any information that will help our machines last longer and have little down time.
