Strange chemical reaction in plasma water table

    I have a homebrew mix of sodium nitrite, phyason 20, water, etc. and it is now off gassing what smells like ammonia. I have been cutting various steels, stainless, brass, and aluminum and have had no issue until this week. I did a large run of 5052 parts and a couple days later it started off gassing.
    Has anyone ever ran into this problem.?
