Possible Faulty Output Board FC 125

    We have a TM X 5x10 with the FC125 the torch goes down and senses ohmic. when it fires it doesnt pierce the plate. checked all connections made sure it has proper ground and still doing it. is there a way to check the output board before i go ordering a new one. just to double check everything. any help would be greatly appreciated..
