Is it possible to invert an entire objects cut parts? Basically flip the fill areas to the none fill areas?

Update. It appears the easiest way to do this is to create a solid background and then use the XOR and AND welds. Creating the solid background was the piece I was missing. I created it using ARC edit. Obviously the AND weld gets the same result, just added it for example. Pic attached.

Or just select everything and do an ARRANGE/MAKE PATH. Then it will be all one piece instead of individual pieces
