Yes this is fairly easy to do, hard part is keeping your sheet square when you move it down the table. Use the Ginsu Knife tool if you have version 9 of TM Cad or use Common Line Cutting under the Layout Menu. Make a path on your object you want to cut just as you normally would do. Use the Ginsu Tool > Open Part (looks like picture of a meat clever) or select Layout > Common Line Cutting > Inclusion, and click outside of your part move the mouse to the other side of the part and click again outside of your part, then click apply. This will separate your part, note to make it easier I would snap a vertical or horizontal guide line to help make the sever line as straight as possible. If going through the layout menu this will split the shape into two parts as well as close the parts, you will need to modify this after the fact otherwise if you run it like it is it would cut your sheet in half as well. Select object go to Arrange > Convert to > Polyarc, double click on your part and you will see two trash cans at the top of the screen click on the trash can on the left, where you can them mouse over a line between two nodes and click to delete that line. You will need to create an Online Tool Path to be able to use machine output.
