We have had constant trouble with out 4X4 table and Accumove 2.

Plasma stops on material and will not cut. "IHS Failure: Remove OHMIC Cap and clear any slag from consumable. We were cutting a number of cuts on a large sheet and this happen a 6 or 8 times. The problem is you can't move it or restart it were its at. It locks up.

    Any Ideas:

The ohmic circuit is looking for the ground terminal on the VFC box. Meaning you can check continuity with a meter from your material to where the ground wire is connected on the table from the VFC box. Both the VFC and the Accumove box should have there own ground wire connected to a common location on the table. Then to improve the ground from that location, connect another ground wire to one of your slats that support the table, this should reduce the resistance if any when you check it with a meter.

Another issue is making sure the ohmic clip is making good contact with the shield cap at the bottom of the machine torch.
