It's like a box of chocolates. You never know what your going to get.

We were given a new 4x4 table for my class/program in September and I have being slowly working my way through issues to get the table working to what I would consider reliable and repeatable. This has proven somewhat challenging. Each time I think I have an issue sorted out something different presents it self. That being said today's issues seem to be as result of excessive play in the gantry. The table came as a complete, but bolt together kit. I would estimate the table has between 2-4 hours of total run time. I have attached a few pictures.

Any help with gear spacing and alignment as well as Y axis backlash adjustment or specifications would be greatly appreciated.

Well looks like the pulleys are not aligned proper. Call into Tech and get you a belt. You can then adjust your pulleys to be straight and be up and going.
