Cutting 3/4" Mild Steel

    I have Torchmate 4510 with a Flexcut 80 and was able to cut a sheet of 3/4" mild steel with the following settings. Thought I would share the results in hopes it will help someone else and maybe get some feedback.
    Could be better and I will work on it as I can. There was a fair amount of slag, but knocked off easy without a grinder.

    TH .25
    PH .25
    CH .195 ( I think this could be lower and plan on testing later)
    PD 3.5
    RH.25
    Arc Voltage 139.00
    Feedrate 16
    Water level 1.25" below bottom of plate
