Attn: tm cad experts ...Need help with file

Need help or info about how to space objects around a circle equally. the object at the top of circle is what i am looking for with 8 objects spaced equally .Any help on this would be appreciated ... I am trying to design a verticutter blade .

 

Take one of the segments and place it in the center of the circle, with the segment highlighted select array, on arc with rotation, start 0.00 end 360, total segments 8. Now adjust the distance from center with the arc/arrow window (don't know what to call it) with the up/down arrow. If it won't get close enough with the up/down arrow enter a number that will fine tune it, 2.76 looks right. Hit close and delete the segment at center and weld.
