in the middle of job ohmic sensing stopped working. followed the bulletin and checked wires/voltages/connections to the point it said the accumove may need to be repaired. i jumped ground to pin 4 on vfc and vmc didnt register a sense and the voltage measures 12.

anyone run into this before? im right in the middle of my busiest 2mo of the year and this will crush me so im trying to get ahead of support. Any ideas would be great.

I don't know about troubleshooting that system other than going through the bulletin that Lincoln makes available, but I do know you can turn off the ohmic feature and run the torch height manually to get by until you can have it repaired. I believe you'd just need to run the torch down till it just touches the metal, set your plate location, and it should retract and cut as per the program settings.

Same thing happened to my table. I've been running manually since.
