Ian Gibson! Thanks for amazing customer service

I wanted to personally thank Ian Gibson from Lincoln electric tech support, at the end of december we purchased the 4800 table with flex cut 80 and the lc105 torch. We got a flight from eastern washington to Reno and saw the facility in person took a tour and picked the table we wanted. The salesman Shawn said it would be the perfect set up. Shortly after have the table installed, we we're experiencing problem after problem. Remind you the issues sense the beginning in January till beginning off September. So with alot of hours spent on the phone. Ian was the only one who put in the hours and came to a resolution for the problem. He exchanged are torch the lc105 for the lc100 and it has been everything we have hoped for and expected. Thank you Ian for standing by your product and company and making things right!
