heres a quick update on the Humvee build...

First thing we needed to do was remove the old cowl and get two brands in their that titled the build in support. Odyssey Battery and Bulletliner, when we started cutting the cowl the problem we found was the actual hole in the hood was not square

So after two cuts we had the cowl ready to go! IMG_3313.JPG IMG_3832.PNG

Needing zero approach angle in moab or on any trail is always a a goal, plasma cutting 1/4" sheets down to a flat bumper is always a plus! being able to add in our own logo makes it that much more... behind that bumper we needed to install a 12k winch able to recover these heavy beast if needed! Luckily Warn had one that would drop right in between the frame rails... Luckily the base plate and braces we'er an easy task. Here's a hint cut out the part in cardboard and scan the file in to AI or Torchmate Cad and boom then alter as needed! IMG_3467[1].JPG IMG_3464[1].JPG IMG_3456[1].JPG

Now on to the new rads and intercooler for the 5.9 cummins swap!

This thing was picked up with allthe factory coolers on it but little was done beyond the 5.9 swap it was about 70 percent conplete.

So heres some breakdown shots of how it looked before and after the new rad and intercoler was installed from Mishimoto IMG_3388.JPG
    IMG_3408.JPG

Now time to start installing the rad, intercooler and oil cooler

    IMG_3424.JPG

The setup is awesome with dual fans built for both the intercooler and rad its pushing over 8,000 cfm.

    Time for the oil cooler!

You'll see it hidden below the Mishimoto logo that CNC Plasma cut on our table along with all the shrouds!

So that portion is all ready to go now to install a center console!

Cool Build, I like how you are incorporating the branding in the parts.

Looks good how is the fuel tank set up ? Still inside the frame and are you guys running a body lift ? I have mine mocked up now thinking I'm going to have to run a fuel cell somewhere else and I am going to need a 1 1/2 body lift to clear the front drive shaft
