POW battle torn flag

    Just finished up a multi layered POW flag for a customer.

    Thanks for the compliment. For the stand offs I use #10 or all thread couplings.

    Would you happen to have a pic of one by itself? Looks like they are epoxied to the face or is that a washer?

    They are actually welded to the back of the second layer. Then screwed to the back piece. I had to add some washers for operator error. IMG_1764.JPG

    How did you know where to cut the holes in the back layer to line up with the couplings?

    I will layout both layer in TMCAD and then place the holes in the back layer where the 2 would attach. upload_2017-5-19_17-34-6.png

    Cool. That's the same thing I do. Assuming you lay them together after they are cut and mark where to weld the studs? I've had good luck with doing it that way but have struggled a little with finding a good stand off. Haven't seen couplers used before. Thanks.
